American Heritage Volleyball Camp
American Fork, Utah volleyball training for high school boys and girls.
By the People, For the People
This camp is built for athletes who want to raise their level and carry themselves with purpose. We train the game hard: clean platforms, confident serving, smart setting, attacking with range, blocking with discipline, reading the court, and competing one point at a time.
Just as important, we coach the habits that travel beyond the gym: leadership, humility, grit, communication, respect for teammates, and the American Heritage values that make strong players and stronger people.
Train hard. Lead well. Honor always.
Services & Training
Focused volleyball work for beginners learning the game and experienced players sharpening the details.
Ball Control
Passing platforms, serve receive lanes, free-ball footwork, and the talk that keeps rallies alive.
Setting & Tempo
Hands, feet, release points, decision making, and getting hitters the kind of ball they can rip.
Attacking & Blocking
Approach rhythm, arm swing, shot selection, block timing, and seeing the court instead of just swinging hard.
Leadership & Character
Compete with fire, respond with class, lift your teammates, and learn how to lead when the set gets tight.
Defense & Court IQ
Reading hitters, digging seams, transition choices, coverage, and the small reads that win long rallies.
Athletic Performance
Jump mechanics, first-step quickness, shoulder care, landing habits, and smart ways to stay healthy.
Skill. Leadership. Competitive Fire.
Every athlete gets coached where they are. Newer players learn the foundation without feeling lost. Experienced players get challenged on tempo, vision, and the high-rep details that separate good from great.
